1. Our Products

2. Cash Purchases

Customers who choose the cash purchase option must pay the full product price according to the payment method available at checkout.

An order will be processed after the payment and order details have been verified.

3. Installment / Qist Purchases

Customers may purchase eligible electronic products through our installment plan.

Under an installment plan:

• The customer must pay the required advance payment.

• The remaining amount will be paid through agreed monthly installments.

• The customer must pay each installment on or before its agreed due date.

• The installment amount and payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

• The customer is responsible for completing all agreed payments.

An installment order is considered confirmed only after the required information and advance payment have been verified by Asaan Qist.

4. Advance Payment

The required advance payment may vary depending on the product and installment plan.

The advance amount will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the order.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Asaan Qist, payment of an advance does not automatically mean that the remaining balance has been paid or that the installment agreement has been completed.

5. Monthly Installments

Monthly installments must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Customers are responsible for remembering their payment due dates and ensuring that payments are made on time.

If an installment is missed or delayed, Asaan Qist may contact the customer to request payment of the outstanding amount.

Any applicable late-payment charges or other consequences will be communicated to the customer as part of the applicable installment agreement.

6. Failure to Pay Installments

If a customer repeatedly fails to pay installments, Asaan Qist reserves the right, subject to applicable law and the customer's installment agreement, to take appropriate action regarding the outstanding balance.

Any rights relating to cancellation, recovery of amounts due, product ownership, or other remedies will be governed by the applicable installment agreement and applicable law.

7. Product Ownership

For installment purchases, any special conditions relating to ownership of the product until full payment is made will be communicated to the customer before the installment agreement is finalized.

Customers should carefully review and agree to these conditions before purchasing a product on installments.

8. Order Confirmation

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order where:

• The requested product is unavailable.

• The customer provides incorrect or incomplete information.

• Payment or advance payment cannot be verified.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

• There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.

If a paid order is cancelled by Asaan Qist, any eligible refund will be handled according to our applicable refund policy.

9. Delivery

We deliver orders to the address provided by the customer.

Customers must provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer may be contacted by Asaan Qist or the delivery service to confirm delivery details.

10. Electronic Products and Warranty

Electronic products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty, seller warranty, or applicable warranty terms specified on the product page or invoice.

Warranty coverage may vary from product to product.

Damage caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, modification, electrical problems, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions may not be covered by warranty.
